These two boys were taken from us today. These two incredibly amazing boys. Their lives were taken by a stupid, idiotic, and irresponsible drunk driver. They didn’t deserve to go. It was all too soon. No one will ever understand why this would happen to them. No one would have ever wanted this to happen to them.
Their names are Aaron Carrillo (left) and Jon Cervoni (right). I may not have known Jon, but i still knew what talent he had and all the lives of people that he had affected. But, Aaron was one of the greatest friends I could have ever had. I still remember the first day meeting him, and I have so many memories of him, none were bad memories either. He was a pretty humble guy, and a very strong believer of Christ. One thing that stood out about him the most was his talent at drumming. He was simply brilliant. Aaron stood out, he was different. I feel so blessed to have had him in my life. His name and face will be forever engraved in my heart.
I know God put them in our lives for a reason. We just don’t know why they had to be taken from us so soon.
This event just showed everyone into a new look at life: dont take anything for granted. love your life. let your friends and family know that you love them. don’t drink and drive cause it hurts everyone. things like that.
We all will and do miss you, Aaron and Jon, all your friends and family. We will never forget you guys. We all love you, and you guys will never leave our hearts.

One year today and it still feels like I just got the news. Thank you for making such a big impact in my life, Aaron. You taught me more about kindness and friendship in such a short time than others have in years. Rest in peace. <3

Its hard to believe its already been a year.. after only knowing two months you made such an change in my life. You’re the reason my relationship with God is so great. I love you aaron, i miss you, n i can’t wait to see you in the kingdom. XOXOX
